Our Policy: Appointment & Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unexpected situations can arise; however, last-minute cancellations significantly impact our schedule and business. We respectfully require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations & Reschedules • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s). • Cancellations made within the 48-hour window cannot be waived. Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be able to be accommodated. • In this case, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation and the same 50% cancellation fee will apply. Payment Policy • A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. • Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file. Emergencies • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or a portion of the cancellation fee may be applied as a credit toward a future service, at our discretion.
